In 1980, he founded The Rick Geha Team, as part of eXp Realty, where he continues to serve as the president and lead realtor. Well-regarded for his practiced expertise, he specializes in purchasing and selling residential real estate, in addition to overseeing various managerial duties for his business. Adjacent to his primary endeavors, Mr. Geha has also operated as an independent distributor and network marketer for Nu Skin Enterprises since 2008. Furthermore, since 2004, he has excelled as an inspirational speaker, trainer and consultant, working through his brand, Rick Geha & Revolutionary Ideas.
As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Geha remains affiliated with the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. He previously cultivated his own formal education, achieving a bachelor’s degree in biology at California State University in 1983. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, he was previously honored as the Favorite Realtor in Town by the city of Fremont, California, for 2021 and 2022, and he was named Realtor of the Year in 1995. Attributing much of his success to his committed work ethic and compassion, Mr. Geha is particularly proud to have maintained his various business pursuits despite several economic downturns during many years in the field.
