Specializing in program development, he currently serves as the chairman of the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Anaheim-Cypress, a highly regarded organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring young individuals. In his leadership position, Mr. Peat provides oversight for the chief executive officer and measures active business operations against his own strategic plans. Additionally, he remains actively involved in new recruitment for the company.

Mr. Peat previously worked with the Raytheon Technologies Corporation for 30 years. He also pursued a formal education, achieving a bachelor’s degree in finance at California State University, Fullerton and a master’s degree in finance at California State University, Long Beach. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Peat has largely attributed his success to his passion for helping others. Accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have overseen the merger of the Cypress and Anaheim Boys & Girls clubs, and he looks forward to finding further success with the business in the coming years.
