Leveraging two decades of experience, Ms. Armstrong has cultivated a fulfilling career in the field of health care management. In 2015, she founded Echo Project Management Group Inc., where she continues to serve as the senior director of project management and operations. The company is well-regarded for its patient-centric focus, as it serves to ensure that the stories of clients and patients are heard, thus allowing them to receive proper medical treatment and care from doctors and other health care providers. Specializing in graphic design and project coordination, Ms. Armstrong strives to inspire and motivate her fellow colleagues as a leader within her business. In addition to delegating much of the daily workload, she is also responsible for expanding patient and caregiver databases within the company, and she manages other health care benefits for various clients. Prior to her current appointment, she operated as a senior project manager for Market Research Dallas from 2014 to 2016. At the onset of her career, Ms. Armstrong excelled as a producer and talent coordinator for Firestone Communications from 2004 to 2006.

As part of her dedication to her professional endeavors, she also remains affiliated with the International Association of Women (IAW), which previously featured her on a podcast episode in 2013. Outside of her professional interests, she also remains active as a civic-minded citizen, having volunteered with The Stewpot since 2010 and regularly donating to the American Cancer Society Inc., the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and to Parkinson’s disease charities and battered women shelters.

In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Armstrong has largely attributed her success to her honesty, humility and grateful nature. To commemorate her accomplishments, she was previously named in the Top 10 Entrepreneurs of 2021 by Era Magazine. She was likewise celebrated with a cover story from The CIO Today, which showcased the distinctive qualities leading to her success, her project management methodology, her work-life balance and her advocacy for women in healthcare. Accounting for her achievements, she is particularly proud to established her own thriving business in the health care industry, which has allowed her to conduct a great deal of outreach and service for those in need. Looking to the future, Ms. Armstrong hopes to open new franchises for her company, which will help in her goals to expand the scope and reach of her services.
