With 15 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Card has excelled as the founder and president of Success Beyond Game Day since 2022. Furthermore, she notably authored “The Athlete Advantage: Success Beyond Game Day” in 2022. Prior to these positions, she served as the product manager for Advansix between 2016 and 2022 and both a marketing manager and senior marketing analyst with Honeywell International Inc. between 2012 and 2016. She previously worked as the MBA Six Sigma team lead for the Tsudis Chocolate Company in 2012 and an MBA team lead with the McKinsey Consulting Field Project for the Pittsburgh Opera from 2011 to 2012. She began her career as the project manager and distributor for Executive Sports from 2008 to 2009.
To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Card pursued an education at the University of Pittsburgh, from which she earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry in 2009 before graduating from the Katz Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration with a focus on strategy and marketing in 2022. Attributing her success to her mindset, her ability to utilize her situational leadership, her time management, her discipline, her grit and her communication skills, she has received numerous accolades over the years, including Senior Distrinction Awards, Athletic Records and recognition as a Marketing Best Bet by Honeywell International Inc. Describing her present post as her life’s purpose, she was drawn to her field from her own success as a collegiate athlete as well as her discovery that athletes from different backgrounds struggled to connect their experiential skill set as athletes in their post-athletic career paths. Looking toward the future, Ms. Card hopes to expand the global reach of her curriculum with Success Beyond Game Day.
