Additionally, Ms. Dotson thrives as a public speaker and spiritual coach, offering her assistance as a national board certified Christian counselor. In her creative efforts, she also authored the 2021 book, “How to Love a Woman Like Me: A Journey to Self-Love that Teaches Women to Overcome the Battles Within.”

Adjacent to her primary duties, Ms. Dotson previously operated as a credit specialist for The Credit Solutions Group between 2020 and 2021. Furthermore, from 2015 to 2020, she excelled as a certified family partner at Bluebonnet Trails. In her other professional endeavors, she was a customer service representative for the Financial Corporation of America from 2013 to 2015. Prior to her current appointment, she served as a child care worker at the Agape Learning Center between 2011 and 2012. At the onset of her career, Ms. Dotson worked with her local Creative Children Day Care Center as an assistant director from 2005 to 2006.

Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Dotson pursued a formal education. As a student of the City Colleges of Chicago, she earned an associate’s degree in liberal arts in 2000. In her continued collegiate pursuits, she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Oral Roberts University. In addition to her academic credentials, she is also a certified family partner. Ever committed to her continued education and her other professional goals, Ms. Dotson also remains affiliated with the Honor Society of Southern New Hampshire University, where she began her bachelor’s degree studies in 2019.

Well-regarded for her dedication to civic advocacy, Ms. Dotson volunteered with the Habitat for Humanity International and other breast cancer research funds. In light of her accomplishments, she has largely attributed her success to her faith and God which fuels her determination and persistence. Accounting for her achievements, she is particularly proud to have published her first book. Looking to the future, Ms. Dotson hopes to continue impacting the lives of others through her teachings of self-love.

Ms. Dotson’s charity work is in the community, helping her neighbors who have less than she does. She also donates to various colleges, the most recent of which is in Silver City, Mississippi. One of the ministries that she is a part of she is donating clothing and various items for people who were hit by the tornado in Silver City. In addition to these efforts, Ms. Dotson serves however she can, whenever she can.
