Additionally, he has served as a founding member of The F Suite since 2023. His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, management reporting, accounting operations and building teams to scale.
Prior to launching his career, Mr. Emberland attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics. Additionally, he holds the distinction of being a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California State Board of Accountancy. Among his career highlights, Mr. Emberland takes special pride in his achievements with SoundHound AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOUN), and Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCSI), where as an executive, he played a pivotal role in facilitating both companies’ initial public offerings and their subsequent listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. In his spare time, he enjoys going to sporting events and spending time with his family.
Looking ahead, Mr. Emberland plans to start a private foundation with his wife Sholeh. The foundation will focus on supporting a range of important causes, including cancer research, mental health and wellness initiatives, and supporting organizations that serve the underprivileged and under-resourced. Mr. Emberland’s vision is to make a meaningful and lasting impact on these critical issues and to inspire others to do the same.
