From 2010 to 2019, Mr. Harl was an operations manager with Halliburton, and from 2005 to 2010, he was a wireline field engineer with Arbuckle Wireline.

Among his accomplishments, he is proudest of achieving a career change. He realized that his skills were not being properly utilized in his role and made a professional transition.
