Hailing from more than two decades of experience in the field of human resources management, Mr. Srinivas has distinguished himself as the head of global talent acquisition and strategy at the Waters Corporation, a global leader in analytical instruments and software, since 2022. Bearing a wealth of expertise in the acquisition of talent, fostering positive employee relations, promoting diversity and inclusion, and building a company culture of collaboration and process improvement, he previously found success in various roles of leadership throughout the field, including as the vice president of human resources at Emids, several director-level positions at Cognizant, a human resources manager at both Triniti Advanced Software Labs and GTL Limited, and a human resources executive at Silverline Technologies, beginning in 1999. Well-regarded for his commitment to the field, Mr. Srinivas was most notably bestowed with a Chief Human Resources Officer Leadership Award during his time at Cognizant.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Srinivas first became involved in his field out of a deep understanding of people’s motivations. He studied information systems and human resources at the Institute of Public Enterprise, where he earned a Master of Business Administration in 1999. Following this accomplishment, he undertook coursework several years later at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, concluding his efforts in 2013.
