With over two decades of experience, Mr. Herr has been thriving as the senior tooling technician at Viega LLC since 2016. He has spent his entire career with Viega LLC, joining in 2003 as a line operator. He has also held the positions of process technician, machinist, and maintenance technician during his tenure with the company. From 2009 to 2017, Mr. Herr served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a mechanic for the 1151 Refrigeration systems. During his service, he received a Certificate of Appreciation from the military.
Before starting his professional career, Mr. Herr earned an Associate of Applied Science in machine tool technology from Hutchinson Community College in 2009. While attending Hutchinson Community College, he was named to the Dean’s List four times. He is now pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in organizational leadership with a concentration on project management from Arizona State University. In his spare time, Mr. Herr enjoys working out, spending time with his son, and woodworking.
