Mr. Rishavy previously worked as the chief operating officer for Charter Schools USA from 2004 to 2006, the regional president for HR Logic from 2000 to 2004, the senior vice president of sales and marketing for HR Logic from 1999 to 2000, and the vice president of sales and marketing for NovaCare Employee Services from 1997 to 1999.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Rishavy pursued an education at the University of Minnesota, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and science. He continued his academic efforts with a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing at InterAmerican University in Puerto Rico in 1990. Mr. Rishavy concluded his studies at DeVry University in 2009, graduating from the Keller Graduate School of Management with a master’s degree in accounting and financial analytics.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Rishavy has accrued several accolades throughout his career. Edvance Learning Systems LLC was notably honored among the Top Ten Learning Management Systems by Educational Insights Inc. in 2020. In 2022, he was recognized among the Top Twelve Innovators in Education by the Florida Department of Education. Furthermore, Mr. Rishavy was one of four keynote speakers at the National Annual Conference for Education in China in 2019.
Mr. Rishavy attributes his success to his fundamental belief in the innovative application of data analytics. He was inspired to establish Edvance Learning Systems LLC to clarify the data-driven programs of its parent company, Link-Up, Inc., an education management services firm established in 2004. Among his many accomplishments, he is incredibly proud that the flagship Title I school where Edvance Learning Systems LLC developed its support services scored first, second, third, and fourth in English, Language, Arts, and Math in the entire school district during the 2022 to 2023 school year. Looking toward the future, Mr. Rishavy hopes to help Edvance Learning Systems LLC expand its services in the United States and other nations.
