Motivated by a great passion for her community, Ms. Jones has distinguished herself in her role as the associate vice president of government relations and advocacy at HeartShare Human Services of New York since 2023. In this capacity, she oversees utility and food assistance initiatives in collaboration with prominent utilities throughout New York, building and nurturing strategic partnerships with New York legislators, orchestrating events to ensure aid reaches constituents, and formulating policy for low-income and poverty-related matters in government.
