Frank Muniz, MS, LPC, LPM, Asset Protection Coordinator at Under Armour Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in safety and security.
With more than 15 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Muniz has excelled as the asset protection coordinator for Under Armour Inc. in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee since 2019. In this position, he is responsible for auditing various departments throughout the building, addressing potential safety hazards that could cause injury or hinder operations, monitoring pit equipment, and collaborating with managers, department leads, and local law enforcement to ensure the safety of the building and the prevention of cargo theft. Since 2017, Mr. Muniz has been additionally active with Under Armour as a team lead and a level II teammate in the distribution sector.
In the years prior, Mr. Muniz found success as a retail associate with Under Armour from 2016 to 2017, an event coordinator for the Bayshore Retreat Addiction Treatment Center from 2016 to 2017, and a premier support solutions representative for Asurion in 2017. He previously worked as a medicare consultant for LRS Medical Equipment and Pharmacy in Arecibo, Puerto Rico from 2009 to 2010 and a line cook for Professional Contract Services Inc. in North Fort Hood, Florida from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Muniz began his career as a personal trainer for the International Sports Sciences Association in Buena Vista, Colorado between 2006 and 2009.
To support his professional ambition, Mr. Muniz pursued an education at American InterContinental University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in business management. He subsequently concluded his studies at the University of the Rockies in 2015, graduating with a Master of Science in risk management. Outside of these accomplishments, Mr. Muniz has obtained certifications from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, OSHA 360, and the Loss Prevention Academy over the years.
From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Muniz was enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving as a records specialist before receiving his honorable discharge. Likewise affiliated with the German Military, he has contributed to several civic endeavors in his local community, including as a donor for his regional police and fire department. Attributing his success to his ability to adapt and question methods if he believes a better solution exists, he is proud to make a safe and knowledgeable difference in his workplace. Looking toward the future, Mr. Muniz hopes to complete additional certifications from OSHA while continuing to learn, grow, inspire, and motivate in his industry.
