With 16 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Leff has excelled as a national fundraiser with Ready for Ron since 2022. She began her career as front office manager of the Arizona Republican Party from 2007 to 2010. She worked as a distributor for SendOutCards, Appreciation & Gratitude Marketing from 2012 to 2013. She garnered a stellar reputation as a volunteer for Martha McSally for United States Senate in 2018 and as volunteer deputy finance director for Nicolee Ambrose for United States Congress in 2022. She established herself on the board of directors at Andy Hull’s Sunshine Foundation since 2011.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Leff pursued an education at Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in theater in 1999. She continued her academic efforts at Grand Canyon University, graduating with a Master of Public Administration in public administration in 2011. She interned at DeMenna & Associates in 2007 and holds a certification in grant writing from the Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation.
Ms. Leff attributes her success to trial and error, assessing what works and does not, and teaching herself about politics as most political professionals receive no training. She was inspired to enter politics because her mother was an elected official in the offices of the Arizona House of Representatives and the Arizona Senate for 14 years. In the immediate future, depending on the political climate, she will possibly follow in her mother’s footsteps and seek elected office.
