In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Lugo handles the paperwork and finances for the aforementioned business, which ensures security for their business accounts and loan management.
Beyond this position, Mr. Lugo was self-employed between 2005 and 2022, advancing to the position of general manager at Country House Restaurant during this time. To support his professional ambitions, he graduated from Naples High School with a diploma in 2012. Mr. Lugo was drawn to his present role due to his family’s ownership of Country House Restaurant, as his mother initially recruited him as a dishwasher for the business.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Lugo has aided Country House Restaurant in accruing several accolades throughout his career. Between 2019 and 2021, Country House Restaurant was honored as a Neighborhood Favorite. The restaurant was subsequently recognized as the Best Restaurant on Marco Island in 2023. Notably, Country House Restaurant was celebrated as the Best of 2023 in Naples, Florida as well.
Mr. Lugo has attributed his success to valuing his employees, a quality instilled in him by his parents, as well as his work ethic, his abilities, and his digital savvy. Among his many achievements, he is incredibly proud of securing a deal to open a second location for Country House Restaurant.
