Mr. Canzano commenced his professional journey by pursuing studies at Glassboro State College, now Rowan University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal law and justice in 1978. His diverse career path commenced in the hospitality industry as a lead chef, pastry chef, and head chef from 1981 to 1982. He pivoted into executive chef / estate manager roles starting in 1984 through 1997. It was at this time when he ventured into soley executive roles such as chief executive officer in wealth management at U.S. News & World Report which he held between 2002 and 2004.

Mr. Canzano’s career path continued with leadership roles, notably as the chief operating officer and director of residences for a family office at Ziff Brothers Investments from 2004 to 2008. Following this, he delved into project management with G&G Projects from 2007 to 2013, then became director of properties at Tishman Speyer from 2013 to 2015. Subsequently, he served as the director of operations at Rosebud Ventures from 2015 to 2016, where he was instrumental in completing an 11 year build of a 43 thousand square foot estate, designed by famed Japanese architect, Tadao Ando.

In recent years, Mr. Canzano has demonstrated exceptional performance in various executive roles. He served as the director of properties and chief operating officer for a globally renowned cosmetic family from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, he held the positions of chief executive officer and director of properties from 2020 to 2023, while concurrently serving as a chief executive officer for another entity since 2021. In 2023, Mr. Canzano founded PAC Estate Management Consultants, a premium fractional estate management concierge service. PAC Consultants stands out as a leading luxury lifestyle management company, specializing in anticipating the unique needs of bespoke properties. With over 35 years of professional experience in estate and construction management, Mr. Canzano is recognized for his proactive problem-solving approach, which involves cost control, maximizing productivity, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

Mr. Canzano’s career highlight remains his ability to accomplish seemingly impossible projects for clients. An example includes creating a farm for a real estate developer, a monumental task completed within three months involving extensive property overhaul, construction, and meticulous coordination of multiple contractors. The situation encompasses his motto, “We make the impossible possible.”

Looking ahead, Mr. Canzano envisions dedicating time to consulting services, leveraging his experience establishing boutique family offices. His dedication and expertise have been featured in various publications, highlighting his culinary journey and professional achievements.
