(CSI) in 2010, he later served as a quality assurance specialist and training specialist, dedicating himself to various aspects of community support and development.
Venturing beyond his primary vocation, Mr. Greene’s impact extended to the Connecticut Department of Corrections, where he effectively managed projects from 2017 to 2022 while simultaneously contributing to the growth and stability of CSI. Since 2023, he has held the esteemed program director position at Noank Community Support Services. In this role, he oversees an adolescent-focused program catering to girls aged 11 to 18 involved with the Department of Children and Families.
Alongside his professional endeavors, Mr. Greene values his recognition as Community Solutions’ Employee of the Year in 2018, a testament to his unwavering commitment, empathy, and profound concern for his clients’ welfare. His profound encounters with victims of human trafficking have significantly influenced his aspirations. He aims to advance within the Department of Children and Families to contribute more substantially to the fight against human trafficking, endeavoring to join their specialized unit in the near future.
