With over three decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Neumann has excelled as a leader in counter-terrorism, with a specialization in weapons of mass destruction and counter-chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) terrorism. His career journey began with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Norwich University in 1980, followed by an Associate of Arts in government studies from Kemper Military College in 1977. He continued his academic pursuits, earning a Master of Military Studies in low-intensity conflict and terrorism from the American Public University System in 2011.

Mr. Neumann’s career trajectory showcases his ascent to leadership roles in various domains. Since 2017, he has served as principal at Valkyrie Group International, which provides training, exercise support, and quality products to the U.S. Government and state and local government organizations. Simultaneously, he holds the position of facility security officer at Eniwetok Group, a role he has undertaken since 2018. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2019, he engaged in federal activities at E-N-G Mobile Systems, Inc., where he also served as a member of the board of directors from 2017 to 2019. Preceding these roles, Mr. Neumann served as principal CWMD advisor at Tier Tech International from 2013 to 2018, and as a CBRNE & counter-WMD subject matter expert at Valkyrie Group International, LLC in 2013. His earlier experiences include his tenure as director of training and exercise support at KD Analytical Consulting and as program manager of SOF CBRN Projects at SAIC. He commenced his professional journey as a chemical officer in the United States Army, serving from 1998 to 2004.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Neumann is a lifetime member of the American Chemical Society and has been involved with organizations such as the Chemical Corps Regimental Association and NCMS. His career highlights include his service at Fort Bragg during active duty with the army, his contributions in Afghanistan and Iraq, and his work with the Office of the Secretary of Defense to address weapons of mass destruction. He attributes his success to the exceptional individuals he has had the privilege of working with, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and diligence.
