With more than 20 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Eichman has excelled as a county appraiser for Seward County, Kansas since 2009, Morton County, Kansas since 2018, and Stevens County, Kansas since 2019. In these positions, she has received much acclaim for her ability to articulate and explain complex matters for those otherwise unfamiliar with appraisals and assessments, as she communicates her work in a clear and understandable manner. She was previously active in various positions within the government for Seward County, Kansas between 1998 and 2009. Ms. Eichman has also maintained her affiliation with The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and The Kansas Association of Mappers.
Ms. Eichman has attributed her success to her dedication to consistently improving herself, the unwavering support of her family, her stellar work ethic, and her strong values, which enable her children to view her as a role model. Contracting her mass appraisal work alongside her husband through AJE LLC, she is registered as a mass appraiser and certified as a public manager by The University of Kansas, designations that required thousands of hours of work to obtain. Among the many highlights of her career, she is incredibly proud of ensuring taxpayers receive a transparent understanding of the assessment process, even in circumstances where they may not have garnered their desired result.
