His earlier role as IT director at Cascade Energy Inc., from 2006 to 2013, was marked by substantial growth, with the company experiencing a more than 600% increase in scale and achieving significant reductions in industrial carbon emissions.

Mr. Guilfoyle began his professional journey in technology after completing his Bachelor of Science in business information systems from Eastern Illinois University in 2001. He has also diligently pursued and acquired a diverse range of professional certifications to enhance his expertise and stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing and technology.

Mr. Guilfoyle attributes his professional success to a combination of respect for others, keeping his word, and a touch of luck. His vision for the future includes expanding Activity Connection’s impact by integrating charitable work into the company’s ethos and continuing to innovate within the senior caregiving industry. A lifelong learner and competitor, he is driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to positively impacting both the industry and the broader community.
