Building on a foundation of nearly 20 years in construction, Ms. Lee currently serves as the vice president of sales at Campana Building Consultants. She joined the company in 2018 as a district manager and sales consultant. Ms. Lee’s primary responsibilities include managing the sales team, collaborating with the operations team, ensuring profitability and recruiting customers. Since beginning with Campana, she has helped lead the company from $3 million in sales to $78 million. Before starting with Campana, Ms. Lee established herself in the field with positions such as district sales manager at Mesco Building Solutions and continuous improvement manager at Columbia Forest Products. Her early career centered on a lengthy tenure with NCI Building Systems, where she joined as a continuous improvement manager in 2005 and was promoted to operations manager, integration and development manager and quality improvement manager before leaving the company in 2014.
A solid educational background backs up Ms. Lee’s successful career. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in sports management from Florida State University in 1997 and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2006. In 2023, Ms. Lee completed certification as a leadership coach from Maxwell Leadership. She maintains membership in such industry-related groups as the Metal Building Manufacturers Association, the Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association, and Women in Manufacturing.
Beyond her professional life, Ms. Lee is a wine enthusiast who enjoys playing golf and traveling. In the years ahead, she hopes to found her own consulting business, built from the ground up based on her customer- and employee-centric approach. Ms. Lee intends to embrace mentoring employees to help achieve this goal.
