He previously worked in logistics with Accent Decor Inc. from 2012 to 2015 and a scheduler for the Primavera P6 Project with Enercon Services from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Spearman began his career as a paralegal with Fox, Shjeflo, Wohl & Hartley, LLP from 1999 to 2005 and Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP from 2010 to 2012, the latter of which also appointed him as a medical coordinator.

To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Spearman pursued an education at the College of San Mateo, from which he graduated with an Associate of Arts in liberal arts in 2003. Attributing his success to his stellar quality of work, which has enabled him to garner strong word-of-mouth-based business, his accomplishments continue to fuel his desire to network within his industry while cementing his exceptional reputation as a budget-minded and detail-oriented figure in project management. Among his many notable achievements, he is incredibly proud of being featured on the cover of TIME Magazine in 2009, as he was interviewed in a critical story titled “Out of Work in America” which influenced his remarkable transformation over the past 15 years.
