Anshuman Manishi, corporate vice president of global operations at WNS Global Services (WNS), has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in global operations.

With over two decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Manishi excels as the corporate vice president of global operations at WNS, a role he has held since 2023, where he supports the entire process design, solutions, implementation, and execution of large transformation programs and manages one of WNS’s largest insurance engagements in the U.S., leading the global engagement for 1,500 employees across four countries: the Philippines, South Africa, the U.S., and India. His previous roles in the company include corporate vice president of digital transformation for insurance from 2021 to 2023 and corporate vice president of transitions, training, and quality from 2020 to 2021. Before joining WNS, he was the corporate vice president at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from 2019 to 2020. At American Express, he served as director of business strategy from 2017 to 2019, director of service excellence, analytics, lean Six Sigma, control, and compliance from 2015 to 2017, and senior service delivery leader from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in his career, he was an assistant vice president at Genpact from 2011 to 2013, a senior manager from 2009 to 2011, and a manager from 2002 to 2009. Civically, he is a supporter of children’s programs and autism initiatives with non-government organizations in India and the USA.

Laying a solid educational foundation, Mr. Manishi earned a diploma from Manava Bharati India International School in New Delhi, India, in 1994. He then pursued an honors Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University, India, in 1998, followed by an Executive Master of Business Administration in marketing and communications from the Emeritus Institute of Management from 2016 to 2017. He is also a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner by Scaled Agile Inc., holds a Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence from American Express & Harvard Business Publishing, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Genpact. 

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Manishi received the Centurion Award, the highest award presented by the CFO of American Express and is a three-time recipient of the Pinnacle Awards. He has also received internal awards from Genpact and GE and the League of Champions Award. He takes great pride in achieving remarkable success by delivering substantial value to customers and demonstrating strong leadership skills when supporting his team. He attributes his success to the unwavering support of his mentors and colleagues. By surrounding himself with the right people, he transformed his professional and personal approach, leading to significant achievements. He emphasizes that his success is also due to his perseverance and eagerness to continuously learn and grow. In the coming years, he aims to further contribute to society and industry, and is eager to take on a mentoring role. Additionally, he aspires to transition into a consulting position.
