She has also found success as the co-owner and chief operating officer of C&S Business Group since 2021. Prior to these roles, she served as the human resources director and a nursing coordinator with Graves Gilbert Clinic from 1992 to 1997, the human resource director for Commonwealth-Altadis, Inc. from 1997 to 2011, a senior vice president and chief human resources officer with Franklin Bank & Trust from 2005 to 2008, and the vice president of human resources, organizational development, and performance management for Commonwealth-Altadis Inc. from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Ms. Hines shared her expertise as an adjunct faculty instructor at Western Kentucky University from 2017 to 2020, further showcasing her commitment to educating and mentoring future leaders in her field.

To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Hines pursued an education at Western Kentucky University, from which she initially earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. She concluded her formal academic efforts at Western Kentucky University in 2006, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. She likewise obtained her certification as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in 1999 and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida in 2021. Throughout her career, Ms. Hines has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, diversity, and organizational development, which has garnered her multiple accolades including the Rose Award and the Best Places to Work Award.

Ms. Hines has attributed her professional success to her guiding principles of selflessness, her moral compass, and her effective leadership strategy. Among the highlights of her career, she is incredibly proud of her longevity in an administrative position within her field.
