Misha Dameron, founder and chief executive officer at Dameron Consulting Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in consulting and public speaking.
With over two decades of experience to her credit, Ms. Dameron has established a successful career in consulting and public speaking. She is currently the founder and chief executive officer of Dameron Consulting Group, a role she has held since 2022, and the chief executive officer of Luxury Key Corporate Housing since 2021. In these positions, she helps individuals identify the root causes of toxic work environments, delving deep into issues to quickly find solutions and implement standard operating procedures, plans, and strategies that drive positive change. She also served as executive sous chef at JPS Health Network from 2015 to 2021, district manager at The Wendy’s Company from 2014 to 2015, and general manager and district manager at McDonald’s from 2011 to 2014. She also held roles as executive chef at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel from 2009 to 2011, at MDM Rubicon Inc. in 2009, and at Walt Disney World from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in her career, she worked at Kincaid’s Fish, Chop & Steakhouse from 2003 to 2006 and at Burger King from 2001 to 2003. Ms. Dameron dedicates her time to various volunteer roles, including serving as an international volunteer since 2022, volunteering with Black Business Enterprises since 2022, and being a chef for Catholic Charities since 2018. She has also volunteered with the American Red Cross since 2018 and with Volunteers of America-Texas, focusing on youth development and early childhood education, since 2017. She was a parent-teacher association member at Whit Davis Elementary School from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, she mentors with Black Forbes, serves as a board member of Ladies Fortunas, and is a member of Beta Lambda Psi. She laid a solid educational foundation with an Associate of Arts in art studies from St. Olaf College in 2003, an associate degree in criminology and communications from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2005, and an associate degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in business and marketing from The Art Institutes in 2010 and completed finance coursework at Grand Canyon University in 2022. She is also certified as a wedding and event planner, officiant, travel agent, food safety manager, executive chef, personal chef, caterer, and advanced scrum master.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Dameron was named Woman of the Year and received the Entrepreneur Empowerment Award from AsiaOne Magazine in 2023. She has also been honored with the Outstanding Management Skills Award from JPS Health Network in 2017, the MVP Award from McDonald’s in 2014, an award from Beta Lambda Psi at the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2004, and a 40 Under 40 Award. In the coming years, she is committed to becoming the best version of herself, focusing on personal healing and growth. She believes that by improving herself, she can inspire others to strive for success and make a meaningful impact in their lives. She also envisions expanding Dameron Consulting Group’s influence, connecting with great leaders across various industries. Additionally, she plans to write a follow-up to her first book, with the goal of eliminating workplace bullies, and she aspires to be the leading expert and advocate for positive change in corporate America’s work culture.
