With a decade and a half of experience, Mr. Anaya has established a successful career in e-commerce as a sales and commercial expert. He currently excels as vice president of sales and e-commerce at US Nutrition, Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, a position he has held since 2023. In this role, he focuses on negotiating and influencing forecasts, working with regenerative hospitals, and managing contracts with government entities to ensure adequate milk supplies for newborns. He also coordinates meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to align production with demand. His experience also includes general manager of health, nutrition Brazil at Reckitt from 2019 to 2023, commercial director for Mexico and the USA Hispanic market at RB Health, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Reckitt from 2015 to 2018, and modern trade associate director at Mead Johnson Nutrition from 2013 to 2015. 

Additionally, Mr. Anaya served as commercial director for the Andean region at Mars from 2011 to 2013, trade marketing manager for Latin America at Johnson & Johnson from 2010 to 2011, and national sales manager for traditional trade at Johnson & Johnson from 2009 to 2010. His earlier roles include district sales manager and national head of catalog sales at Johnson & Johnson in 2008, national trade marketing manager at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2008, trade marketing specialist at Mondelez International from 2004 to 2005, and district sales manager at British American Tobacco from 2003 to 2004. He also served as area sales manager at British American Tobacco from 2002 to 2004 and as trade marketing representative at British American Tobacco from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, he has been a speaker and facilitator for master’s degree programs at various universities and colleges. His memberships include the Brazilian Offshore Technology Conference Association, Democratic Education Needs Imagination, and Women 360. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored with the James Burke Innovation Award from Johnson & Johnson in 2009.

Reflecting on his path, Mr. Anaya has laid a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in international business from Universidad del Norte, Colombia, earned in 2000, and certification as a negotiator through The Gap Partnership. He takes great pride in successfully expanding the availability of Reckitt products in the U.S. He has been a driving force behind his achievements in every role he has undertaken. As a general manager, he led the introduction of a groundbreaking painkiller that addressed a significant need. He also highlighted the positive impact of their product in neonatal intensive care units, which has noticeably improved the chances of survival for babies in need. He attributes his success to his positive attitude and willingness to help others. He has always maintained a winning mindset and a humble approach to learning from those around him. He views competitiveness as the ability to make and help others succeed. In the coming years, he plans to drive the growth of US Nutrition and Reckitt while also pursuing further opportunities in his entrepreneurial endeavors.
