The committee approved the outline, leading to a five-year journey of gathering contributions from various authors, experts, and attorneys for each chapter. This culminated in his book “The Effective Use of Forensic Experts in Construction Litigation,” published by the American Bar Association in 2019.

Mr. Pratt attributes his success to his faith and various church affiliations, which have been the foundation upon which he has withstood challenges. He looks forward to new challenges with confidence and is energized by his career, finding joy and hope in his work, and does not see the need to retire. In his church, he is involved in developing property and designing new church facilities, leveraging his industry relationships for this purpose.
