In 2024, he launched Maranatha Cove Ministries, a global Christian ministry focused on expanding to South America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Inspired by his mother’s charitable work and his experiences in third-world countries, the ministry began with a family life center and aims to provide support in education and healthcare to underserved communities. Laying a strong educational foundation for his accomplishments, he earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1984 and a Master of Science in international management studies from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas Dallas in 1991.

Reflecting on his path, Mr. Buehler has worked extensively in the oil and gas industry, gaining experience in diverse and challenging environments such as offshore Brazil, the Gulf of Mexico, and above the Arctic Circle. He has been involved in the extraction of oil and the intricate process of separating sulfur and other minerals, particularly in northwestern Canada. One of the most fulfilling aspects of his career has been the opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals in the industry. Over the past three decades, he has had the privilege of working in roles centered on strategic decision-making and implementation, often following engagements with renowned consulting firms such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, and Deloitte. His focus has been on bridging the gap between executives and frontline workers, ensuring that strategic goals align with daily operations. This approach enables employees at all levels to see how their efforts directly contribute to the organization’s overarching objectives. These meaningful connections and impactful outcomes have been the defining aspects of his career. He attributes his success to his unwavering passion for his work and exceptional dedication to his profession.

In the coming years, Mr. Buehler is focused on finalizing his retirement plans within the next two to five years while continuing to strengthen the Maranatha Cove project. He remains committed to his active and valuable role at Evolve Partners LLC and is dedicated to further developing Maranatha Cove Ministries as he manages his finances responsibly. Preparing for a smooth and thoughtful transition into retirement, he views it as a gradual process.
