Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Raré was the regional manager for The London Restaurant Group in London from 1997 to 2000. He also managed a restaurant in New Zealand between 1996 and 1997 and was an assistant manager at Prego in New Zealand from 1995 to 1996.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Raré received two undergraduate degrees, one in engineering and a second in psychology, from the University of Aukland in Aukland, New Zealand. He also received a Master of Arts in leadership with complex organizations with an emphasis in data centers from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, U.K. Besides his degrees, Mr. Raré received credentials as a certified common security framework practitioner through HITRUST in 2023.
In recognition of his success, Mr. Raré received a Leadership Award and was named among the Top 25 Compliance IT Firms by Enterprise Software Magazine in 2015. The Silicon Review also named his business among the 30 Best Small Companies to Watch in 2018.
In addition to his primary work-related endeavors, Mr. Raré has served on the Forbes Los Angeles Technology Council and as a technology adviser for the technology committee at Río Hondo College. Civically active, he enjoys contributing to the Youth Enrichment Fund and has been affiliated with the Santa Fe Springs and Whittier Chambers of Commerce. In 2020, Mr. Raré authored an article, ‘Improving Gender Diversity Within Tech Companies,’ which showcases his expertise and dedication to the field.
As Mr. Raré plans for the future, he aims to expand Global IT Communications Inc. domestically, entering multiple markets and potentially globally within the next decade. His most notable accomplishment thus far has been his ability to sustain various economic downturns in the U.S. Additionally, Mr. Raré emphasizes his leadership qualities and the positive feedback from others, including a former employee, who described him as caring, kind, supportive and inclusive.
