Raymond L. Pitts, a Board of Director Member at One Hundred Men Enterprises, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in project management.

As a member of the board of directors for One Hundred Men Enterprises, Mr. Pitts is responsible for planning and executing an active social development program for a prison system. In his previous position as the storage portfolio and project manager for Citigroup Inc., he managed a team in a horizontal services environment, overseeing projects for the financial institution. He began his career at Citigroup Inc. in 2006, joining the company as a senior technical advisor and data center migrations manager. After a year in the role, he rose to the position of transformation lean program manager, where he remained for three years before becoming a portfolio manager for the department of data center strategy execution for the Americas. In 2013, he was promoted to the department head of global strategic data center consolidation followed by a 2016 promotion to his final position as storage portfolio and product manager.

Following his retirement in 2024, Mr. Pitts devoted his time One Hundred Men Enterprises, where he has made a significant impact by assisting individuals who are unable to help themselves. Their efforts in aiding homeless veterans and their involvement in constructing the Reed House on Mullins Street in Louisville, Texas, to provide shelter for homeless female veterans are truly commendable. As a veteran himself, Mr. Pitts believes that supporting veterans and those in need is incredibly important. Joining the United States Army in 1976, he served as a systems project telecommunications manager in the 1st calvary division’s 13th signal battalion until 1992.

In his work at One Hundred Men Enterprises, Mr. Pitts distinguishes himself through his ability to offer a diverse range of services that cater to men, women and veterans. He ensures that the programs and support provided by the organization meet the needs of various individuals and groups within the community. He attributes his success to understanding the significance of community-focused programs, and he finds motivation in the gratitude expressed by those they help, whether through financial support, social services, mentoring or working within the prison system. This impact not only drives him but also inspires his team to enhance their participation annually, making it a central driving force behind their efforts.

Moving forward, Mr. Pitts envisions significant expansion of the One Hundred Men Enterprises program throughout the state of Texas and potentially across the U.S. To reach his goal of seeing 100 million charitable enterprises represented on the ballot in Washington, D.C., he aims to engage with a lobbying group to effectively represent these enterprises. Further into the future, he plans to entrust the program to his son-in-law and other family members, passing the baton to them to continue its progress. Ultimately, he hopes that his grandchildren will also be involved in the program when they come of age. Looking back on his life and career, he hopes to be remembered as someone who continually prospered and grew while giving back to the community. He aspires to leave a legacy of generosity and service, reflecting his commitment to uplifting those around him and meaningfully impacting society.
