Reflecting on his path, Mr. Cosmas takes great pride in founding a company dedicated to creating employment opportunities in highly specialized fields. His company operated with two distinct divisions, with the first focused on placing exceptionally qualified individuals, such as those with double PhDs or multiple master’s degrees, who often faced obstacles in securing positions even at mainstream employers like Walmart or McDonald’s. The second division provided support staff, including administrators and junior project managers, to work alongside these highly specialized professionals. He attributes his success to his dedication to working with passionate, like-minded individuals who share his commitment and enthusiasm. Looking to the future, he is committed to focusing on ecumenical encounters to develop social programs that support mothers and children. His goals include collaborating with companies to improve governance, establishing on-site governance offices, and promoting socioeconomic initiatives, such as school lunch programs, while encouraging banks and businesses to recognize and act on their social responsibilities.
