Magnolia Recovery & Wellness focuses on continuity of care, assisting individuals after residential treatment for substance abuse and mental health by providing access to sober living, case management, transportation services, and sober coaching, regardless of financial status. His previous experience includes director of operations at Lynwood House LLC from 2022 to 2024, chief marketing officer at Lynwood House LLC from 2020 to 2022, business development specialist at Defining Wellness Centers from 2020 to 2021, and sales management team member at Belk from 2018 to 2020, as well as chairman of Oxford House in Mississippi for three years.

Mr. Joorfetz also dedicates his time as chairman of the Oxford House Mississippi Alumni Association since 2023 and from 2018 to 2021, and treasurer of the organization from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, he volunteers as a sponsor with Gleaners Community Food Bank. He laid a strong educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Belhaven University in 2021, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the same institution in 2023. Reflecting on his path, he takes pride in his numerous awards for leadership and community contributions, but he values the daily impact he has on individuals above all else. Additionally, as a trained peer support specialist and interventionist, he is actively involved in a nonprofit organization called LLC, which focuses on providing interventions, offering interventions at no cost. Currently, he is focused on expanding the nonprofit, having already helped four clients, with plans to raise funds to assist even more people in need.

Mr. Joorfetz attributes his success to his strong faith and relationship with God, making it his top priority. Looking to the future, he is committed to expanding his efforts in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on growing Magnolia Recovery & Wellness Foundation to reach and assist more people in need. His primary objective is to be a devoted father and a positive force in his community in Jackson, Mississippi. His vision includes expanding the organization’s reach from Jackson to the entire state of Mississippi and beyond, potentially collaborating with neighboring states. He also aims to partner with other nonprofits across the country to support individuals in their recovery and personal development, guided by their faith.
