Born in Geneva, Mr. Milano has attributed his success to his grit and determination in his professional and personal endeavors. Known for his reliability and willingness to tackle challenges head-on, his accomplishments have been recognized through numerous accolades, including the Male Residence Life Staff Member of the Year at Carthage College in 2016 and the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award from Northwestern University in 2024. Looking toward the future, Mr. Milano aims to continue his journey at Deloitte, aspiring to take on administrative roles and contribute to larger initiatives within the firm.
