Reflecting on his path, he has had a diverse career journey, beginning with a degree in journalism before transitioning into various roles, including managing apartment communities and working in a machine shop. He later pursued a degree in cyber defense and completed an internship with Thomson Reuters, where he eventually secured a full-time position. Starting in the support division, he moved to the training team. After approximately seven years, his team was transferred to the sales division, where he found his passion as part of the solutions consultant team.
Mr. Francetic attributes his success to a strong work ethic, instilled in him from his small-town upbringing. His father, who would rise at 4:00 a.m. daily and commute for an hour and a half to work, taught him the value of consistent, dedicated effort. Looking to the future, he is committed to furthering his professional growth and advancing within his organization. He is particularly passionate about the presales community and its potential to significantly impact organizations globally. With proper support and attention from industry leaders, he believes the pre-sales community can revolutionize the sales process for many companies, and increasing its visibility is a top priority. Additionally, he is focused on completing his book, with plans to begin editing it in 2025. When advising aspiring professionals, he encourages them not to be afraid to reach out and ask questions, particularly to leaders above them. He believes that showing confidence in this way can help further the message they wish to convey.
