Originally from Malaysia, Ms. Lim received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Universität Siegen in Siegen, Germany, in 2013. While pursuing her degree, she completed internships with ZF Steerings and ZF Lenksysteme GmbH. Despite her initial desire to work in medical engineering, she was offered an opportunity to work in the automotive industry and now has a deep passion for the field.
Besides her primary career objectives, Ms. Lim has been involved in civic endeavors by supporting various animal rescue organizations. She is also affiliated with the DoVE Project, a dog rescue organization that saves dogs from the meat trade in South Korea. Besides helping facilitate adoption events, she assists with setting up information technology and managing its website. Eager for the future of her career, Ms. Lim plans to remain at the forefront of her industry as an expert in the automotive industry. She also intends to continue hiring recent college graduates to fulfill roles that enable them to acquire the skills and experience to progress.
