Mr. Renard, president of RPM Team, which stands for Rapid Project Management, has been managing his company alongside his father, who co-owns the business with him, since 2020. Based in Salinas, California, the company specializes in architecture, engineering, and program management, focusing on fast-track projects and serving industries such as military, warehousing, residential, and more. Evolving from its original purpose of reducing construction costs for homeless shelters, the RPM Team has since expanded to become widely recognized for providing efficient project execution for various clients. RPM Team has completed over 20 projects, including over 15 greenfield projects, to date.
A former vice president of sales and partnerships at Zenith Engineers Inc. from 2019 to 2020, Mr. Renard also worked for Spring Instant Structures as a western manager between 2012 and 2019. His career history dates to 2006 when he worked in mortgage lending at First Continental Mortgage. Leveraging his extensive expertise in project, people and design management, architecture and engineering to pivot into entrepreneurship, Mr. Renard leads the design and project management teams, manages the architects and engineers on their projects, and manages the marketing and project acquisition, among other obligations. Most importantly, he utilizes RPM as a platform to elevate his team while ensuring they remain loyal to the cause, the projects and the clients.
A San Francisco State University graduate, Mr. Renard received an undergraduate degree in marketing and broadcast communications in 2008. He has become an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the young member chair since 2018. Civically, he has been devoted to providing his services to various nonprofits, helping build homes for people experiencing homelessness, and other causes. Moreover, Mr. Renard was a guest speaker before the 2022 and 2023 Urban Land Institute Homeless Summit. His projects have been recognized with several accolades, including recognition by the American Public Works Association as the Most Impactful Public Facility for his work at the Huntington Beach Shelter in 2021.
