He participated as a co-contributor to the 4th Annual Work on Worcester Community Service Project at Worcester Polytechnic Institute beginning in 2012 and contributed to improving accessibility to housing data for Croydon Council in London, England, in 2012. Additionally, he organizes fundraisers and supports causes such as Easterseals Massachusetts, is a donor to Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and is an active member of the Biomedical Engineering Society at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Laying a strong educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering and management engineering with a minor in business from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2014. He has achieved multiple certifications, including Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau, Salesforce in 2021, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2019, and a verified certificate for Introduction to R for Data Science from edX LLC.
Mr. Erickson takes great pride in being one of the early sales engineers at Einstein Analytics, contributing to its success before the team was built and eventually acquired by Tableau. In light of his impressive undertakings, she was named Solution Engineer of the Year and earned Presidents Club honors at Salesforce in 2020. He attributes his success to the support of his fiancée and the values instilled by his upbringing. His father’s motto, “Work hard, play hard,” emphasized integrity and perseverance as pathways to achieving goals. He also credits his interpersonal skills, which enable him to connect meaningfully with others and communicate effectively. Looking to the future, his primary goals are to focus on his family and make meaningful contributions to the AI space. He plans to continue developing his team and creating efficient systems and processes within the AI realm while striving for financial stability.
