Perfect Match™ focuses on supporting family members while caring for senior citizens in their homes and providing wellness coaching and education, while Professional Care Match serves as a local staffing agency for the industry in Massachusetts.
Leveraging over 25 years of experience in health care, wellness and caregiving, Ms. Doroch also serves as a certified Chopra Center holistic health and wellness coach, stress management coach, and founder and chief executive officer of Leah Marie, CSMC, CHLC-Mind Health Coach in Westport since 2010. Here, she conducts training sessions and workshops on meditation, stress reduction techniques, and wellness, presents at caregiver conferences, and, among other obligations, collaborates with the program director at Saint Anne’s Behavioral Medicine Clinic to implement meditation for wellness and memory preservation techniques into their group sessions. Before stepping into these roles, Ms. Doroch also gained success in the classroom as an instructor on brain health and meditation at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as the owner of a retreat center, as an international radio show host of Mindhealthcoach.com, and as the host of a podcast.
Highly educated in her field, Ms. Doroch has held a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in marketing from Roger Williams University since 1992. She has also garnered numerous professional credentials in her field, including certification as an Alzheimer’s disease dementia care trainer, nutrition coach, dementia practitioner, ayurveda instructor, and board-certified holistic health practitioner. In addition to her extensive educational background, Ms. Doroch has been a member of the Southeastern Massachusetts chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association since 2009. She has also volunteered at various health care organizations, teaching meditation techniques and complementary approaches to overall well-being since 2010. In the coming years, Ms. Doroch intends to continue helping families as they navigate the priorities of their loved ones while advocating for a more positive mindset to improve their everyday lives.
