Before taking on his role as the chief financial officer, Mr. DeLano began serving as Campbell’s facilities manager in 2006. He then became a staff accountant in 2009, where he spent 10 years. Subsequently, he succeeded as an accounting and finance manager in 2019, director of accounting and finance in 2021 and vice president of accounting and finance in 2022. Mr. DeLano also worked in the construction and automotive sectors.
In preparation for his career, Mr. DeLano received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan in Dearborn in 2016 and a Master of Business Administration and Management from Walsh College in 2019. While still in high school, he worked for Goodyear as a mechanic, earning Automotive Service Excellence certification, before pivoting into another field. Mr. DeLano contributes his continued success to his passion for learning and doing everything possible to be self-sufficient. When he is not busy managing the primary objectives of Campbell Marketing & Communications, he frequently gives back to worthy causes, including food drives through the organization to support the local community. As he prepares for future success, Mr. DeLano aims to build on Campbell’s accomplishments, grow the business, develop its reputation as the best in metro Detroit, and acquire other marketing communications companies nearby.
