Beginning his professional career in 2012, Mr. Steach worked for ExxonMobile Corporation as a fixed equipment engineer. He then transitioned into the role of maintenance engineer, engineering supervisor, regional business analyst of FP&A and supervisor of sales and operations planning until 2022. Following his tenure at Exxon, Mr. Steach briefly worked in investment banking at Piper Sandler and Company from 2022 to 2024.
Highly educated, Mr. Steach holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since 2012 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin since 2018. He also holds several professional designations as an engineer-in-training through the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 licensure through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Throughout his career, Mr. Steach was recognized with several Global Excellence Awards from ExxonMobil Corporation between 2020 and 2022. He attributes much of his success to making a meaningful impact in his field.
