Leveraging over 25 years of relevant experience, Ms. Williams came from BMO Capital Markets as an NA treasure trade desk support after working for Aegon Asset Management as a trade operations consultant and senior investment analyst and for American Century Investments as a middle office operations senior specialist. Her foundational years included a tenure as an asset management-domestic equity portfolio trade support personnel and asset management-team leader of international equity trade support at Deutsch Bank, dating back to 1998.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Williams received an Associate of Applied Science in finance and banking from the Borough of Manhattan Community College, City University of New York (CUNY), in 1994 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and investments from Baruch College, CUNY, in 1997. Choosing to pursue a career in finance due to an interest in investing, Ms. Williams was fascinated by the market strategy of achieving the right mixture of security vehicles in a portfolio to gain the most economic benefits and wealth.

Ms. Williams’s expertise in security analysis, middle office operations, trade support and fixed income have been pivotal to her continued success. Reflecting on her career, she considers her longevity and resilience in the industry to be the highlight of her career. She believes her greatest achievements are staying relevant, continuously learning and maintaining an open mind. In the coming years, Ms. Williams aims to advance in her career by taking on more supervisory and managerial responsibilities to ensure the satisfaction of her clients while remaining steadfast about upholding high standards in her work ethic and giving her best effort every day to exceed expectations. She also intends to obtain several financial licenses through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, such as Series 7, 62 or 99, to enhance her career further.
