Active in her industry for over 15 years, Ms. Bathke served as the finance director at iRhythm from 2023 to 2024 after initially being acquired as the director of global finance transformation in 2023. She also held the title of director of finance for Americas Commercial at Dexcom after being promoted from senior manager of global Commercial finance. Ms. Bathke’s earlier career included a distinguished tenure at NuVasive from 2013 to 2020, beginning as a senior financial analyst for corporate functions and exciting the company as a senior research and development manager. Her foundational roles as an audit intern and audit associate at KPMG LLC date back to 2010.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Bathke received an undergraduate degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2011, where the Fermanian School of Business recognized her as the Accounting Student of the Year. Beyond her educational accomplishments, she has built numerous relationships and garnered tremendous expertise in understanding the business instead of just knowing the financials. She has also drawn personal fulfillment in generously donating to various causes, such as Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and through the sport of tennis as a former All-American women’s tennis player. In the future, Ms. Bathke intends to become more engaged in executing business operations at her organization, making her a more well-rounded financial executive.
