Having only been in the U.S. since 2022, Mr. McTavish has become eager to integrate Canadian and Western safety cultures into his business approach. In the coming years, he also plans to concentrate on advancing the business’s core mission in the chemical sector, expanding the total available market, increasing production and tackling technical challenges. Moreover, Mr. McTavish intends to begin mentoring younger employees, guiding them throughout their professional development.
