Ms. Hampton’s expertise in professional and personal development, mental development and officer wellness has been pivotal to her accomplishments. As she looks forward to the future, Ms. Hampton intends to continue assisting officers to understand that there are resources available for them to mentally and emotionally reset. Ultimately, her goal is to reduce their stress, prevent burnout, overcome occupational trauma and build resilience so they can thrive both on and off duty. In the coming years, Ms. Hampton will remain focused on forming partnerships with correctional agencies and expanding Beyond Hired Inc. globally, ultimately providing a positive impact on the officers and the inmates they supervise, who will be more likely to become better individuals because these officers made a positive difference in their lives.
