Dennis F. Glaser, Chair and Chief Executive Officer at Silentium+ LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Glaser, an expert in polymer science and sleep health, has been at the helm of Silentium, LLC since 2018 as the company’s chair and chief executive officer in Gilbert, Arizona. Lauded for his expertise after discovering the formula that helped him sleep better, his company develops, distributes, and markets oral solutions that address sleep apnea and snoring, enhance sleep quality and respiratory function, increase daily energy levels throughout the day and provide better overall health via a patented formula.
A capsule that helps clients get the much-needed rest they require, Silentium+ offers a combination of essential minerals to ensure the body’s rest. The revolutionary product is recognized as the only oral solution available on the market. It also features a patented formula backed by extensive sleep studies conducted at the Harvard School of Medicine, which demonstrate both its safety and effectiveness. Unlike sedatives and anti-histamine-based sleep aids, Silentium+ is known to help regulate the body’s sleep cycle and circadian rhythm and improve sleep patterns over time.
Before establishing Silentium, Mr. Glaser garnered success at Mesa Industries, where he focused on colorants and additives for plastics, as well as stabilizers to protect plastics from sun damage and fading. After inventing this plastic product, he applied his expertise to the field of cement, experimenting with different ways to color it while also providing sun protection. This innovation was successful, enabling the production of colored cement that withstands sun exposure. Mr. Glaser’s tenure also included successfully expanding the company from three to approximately 150 employees and from one to three plants before selling the business in 2017. He was affiliated with Mesa Industries for 30 years, beginning in 1987.
Mr. Glaser also briefly owned a vineyard that produced its first wine in Finger Lakes, earning a Gold and Silver Medal before subsequently selling the winery in 2019. Earlier in his career, Mr. Glaser gained experience in the oil and gas industry.
Devoted to his country, Mr. Glaser served in the U.S. Air Force from 1978 to 1982. He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in polymer chemistry from Harvard Business School, which he completed in 2002.
Recognized for his expertise in biomedical science and polymer science concerning medical applications, Mr. Glaser’s most notable achievement was the aforementioned product for plastic sun damage. He also secured a notable U.S. patent for snoring and is currently working on two additional patents. Mr. Glaser’s goal is to continue inventing products that will change lives, particularly in the medical field, which he has always found very interesting.
Grateful for his success, Mr. Glaser notes his family, including his parents, for their ongoing support, as well as his daughter, who has been instrumental in the success of Silentium+. While researching the ideal ingredients that would provide the most benefits, she studied the vitamins and minerals present in newborn babies while simultaneously investigating why adults tend to snore. These initial studies were crucial to the development of the final Silentium+ formula, which enables adults to sleep well, stop snoring and wake rested.
