Ms. Good is lauded for her longtime success as the director of global consulting services at Blanchard Companies. At her family-owned business, she has been instrumental in providing clients with comprehensive and customized solutions to help them achieve team effectiveness and organizational leadership. Working with clients in one-on-one and group sessions, she conducts virtual sessions and provides extensive leadership point-of-view coaching to executives on an individual basis. Ms. Good’s expertise in executive team coaching, emotional intelligence and personality knowledge have been pivotal to her tenured position. Beyond her work at Blanchard Companies, she has served as a longtime partner at Good Cattle since 1984 and as the owner of Good and Hill Inc. since 1988. Notably, she is part of a sixth-generation family ranch, which has been in operation since Wyoming became a state.
Before transitioning into consulting, Ms. Good achieved success as a therapist at the Southeast Wyoming Mental Health Center’s Wheatland branch, where she was later promoted to the center’s director. It was during her tenure as director that she introduced the Blanchard organization to the center. Subsequently, she co-founded a company with another psychologist and then transitioned to work full-time with Blanchard Companies. Beyond her work-related success, Ms. Good co-authored various product lines by Blanchard, including “Leadership Point of View,” and is active as a member of Women We Admire
Highly educated, Ms. Good holds a Bachelor of Science in educational psychology from the University of Arizona since 1974 and a Master of Arts in clinical counseling and applied psychology from the University of Wyoming since 1976. Adding to her credentials, she is recognized as an EMCC-certified team coach and is currently pursuing a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation. In light of her success, Ms. Good was recognized with a Director’s Award for Exemplary Service from Cal Fire in 2024 and as Outstanding Woman of Wyoming in 2024, an accolade that her mother previously received. She attributes her success to her family’s support and her strong belief in the value of education, emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning beyond the degrees.
