During this period, he honed his skills in managing complex IT projects and fostering collaboration across various departments. Mr. Vijh’s expertise in IT was also developed during his time as an engagement manager at Tata Consultancy Services in Houston between 2016 and 2017.
Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. Vijh was an IM program manager at GE Oil & Gas from 2013 to 2016, an application architect at GE Aviation between 2012 and 2013, and a lead technologist at Oracle within GE Healthcare from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, he held the title of systems analyst at Enrich IT Inc. between 2007 and 2009, design lead at GE Healthcare in 2008, and computer programmer at Saras America Inc., dating back to 2005.
Mr. Vijh’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in Nagpur in 2001 and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Western Michigan University, completed in 2004. These educational achievements have provided him with a solid technical foundation that has been crucial throughout his career.
In addition to his formal education, Mr. Vijh received several certifications that underscore his commitment to professional development and leadership excellence. These include the registered product owner at Scale, registered Scrum Master certifications from Agile Education by Scrum Inc., SAFe six lean portfolio manager from Scaled Agile Inc., and certified change practitioner from Prosci. Mr. Vijh has also earned numerous LinkedIn certifications focused on digital leadership and transformation. Throughout his journey, he has emphasized the importance of continuous learning. As a solutions architect, it is important to continue earning certifications to remain relevant.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Vijh is actively involved in professional and civic activities. He is a prominent member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He also engages with Habitat for Humanity International and participates in breast cancer awareness walks in Houston. As an author of published articles, Mr. Vijh shares his insights and knowledge with a broader audience.
Mr. Vijh received numerous awards from GE for his contributions and achievements.
