Mr. Niethammer previously served as a senior consultant at Denovo International Inc. between 2023 and 2025. Among other noteworthy roles in the banking sector, Mr. Niethammer served as the director of government-guaranteed lending at CapStar Bank from 2018 to 2023. His leadership in this role was underscored by his selection for the inaugural class of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders’ Future Leading Lenders Program in 2022. Mr. Niethammer’s career began at Synovus Financial Corporation, where he served as the regional credit manager for over a decade, starting in 2006.
