Title: Senior Project Manager and Consultant
Company: Delta Galil Industries Ltd.
Location: New Baltimore, Michigan, United States

Paul Belbot, senior project manager at Delta Galil Industries Ltd., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in supply chain management.

Mr. Belbot has established a distinguished career in supply chain management, automation and operations, demonstrating resilience and adaptability throughout his professional journey. As a senior project manager and consultant with Delta Galil Industries Ltd. since 2024, he travels extensively to oversee construction projects, assess site progress and ensure alignment with technical drawings.

Drawing on his expertise in conveyor systems, Mr. Belbot collaborates closely with supervisors to maintain project timelines and works alongside the operations readiness team to document processes, update diagrams and establish training schedules. He also coordinates with Catalyst, a third-party team, to facilitate accurate data translation between systems and develops strategies for managing potential data discrepancies. Additionally, Mr. Belbot’s role involves organizing virtual testing sessions, partnering with automation providers on future designs and continuously seeking innovative equipment and technology to enhance project outcomes while balancing family commitments.

Before being acquired by Delta Galil Industries Ltd., Mr. Belbot worked for Blake’s Hard Cider Co., a company distributing products across over 35 states and Japan, serving as a supply chain logistics manager from 2023 to 2024. In 2024, he served as the organization’s supply chain director. In this capacity, he managed end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless production, transportation and customer service.

Mr. Belbot also succeeded as a warehouse manager for the Reyes Beer Division from 2021 to 2023 following the acquisition of Powers Distributing by Reyes Holdings. In this role, he oversaw warehouse operations during a period of significant organizational change.

From 2011 to 2021, Mr. Belbot was employed by Power Distributing, a beverage wholesaler that sells and distributes select brands, after transitioning from public service roles as a firefighter and paramedic. Hired as a delivery driver, he continually progressed into roles such as delivery supervisor, warehouse manager, systems development manager and operations systems development director.

Under Mr. Belbot’s direction, Power Distributing transitioned from paper invoices to a modern digital system utilizing phones and printers. He spearheaded a $2 million expansion of the automated system that doubled processing capacity from 2,000 cases per hour to 4,000 cases per hour while updating critical infrastructure. A defining achievement during this period was Mr. Belbot’s leadership of a major system upgrade coinciding with Yuengling’s anticipated expansion into Michigan in early 2020. Tasked with designing a new system to double throughput and storage capacity, he coordinated the efforts of multiple vendors across the U.S. and Canada amid the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Belbot’s educational background included general studies at the University of Olivet and additional coursework in operations management and supervision at Oakland University in Rochester. He also completed firefighter paramedic training at Macomb Community College.

Mr. Belbot’s civic involvement reflects his commitment to community service. He has volunteered at local farmers’ markets and founded and operated Friends Like Us, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals facing medical challenges, for two years. Previously, Mr. Belbot coached high school football and baseball teams.

Throughout his career, Mr. Belbot has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership under pressure, technical acumen in developing automation systems, and an unwavering commitment to both professional excellence and family well-being. He attributes his success to both personal motivation, driven by a desire to provide greater opportunities for his family, and professional mentorship received early in his career.

Looking ahead, Mr. Belbot aims to expand his client base within the rapidly evolving warehousing and supply chain industry as more companies adopt automated solutions nationwide. He envisions collaborating with highly skilled professionals who share his dedication to customer care while building a team capable of working on diverse projects across the country.
