Before pivoting into civilian leadership, Mr. Rhinehart built a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, where he held several key leadership roles over more than 15 years. Starting in 2007, his early years were marked by progressively greater responsibility in operations, management and leadership. From 2012 to 2014, he excelled as a logistics operations manager, then as an operations manager until 2015. Between 2015 and 2019, Mr. Rhinehart was a recruitment operations program manager, overseeing recruitment strategies and operational effectiveness. From there, he served as a senior program manager until 2023.
Throughout his military service, Mr. Rhinehart led soldiers with purpose, motivation and direction, an achievement he regards as one of his most significant sources of pride. He was deployed five times and is recognized for molding those under his command into accomplished professionals. Mr. Rhinehart’s decision to enlist in the military was motivated by a desire to serve his country while advancing his education.
Mr. Rhinehart’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Newberry College in 2007 and a Master of Science in information technology project management from American InterContinental University in 2018. His academic background also includes ongoing doctoral coursework at Liberty University.
Beyond his formal education, Mr. Rhinehart holds numerous certifications that reflect his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth, including Security+ CE from CompTIA, project management professional from the Scrum Alliance, and Lean Six Sigma green belt from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma. Among other credentials, Mr. Rhinehart received the certified project director designation from the Center for Project Innovation and completed The Catalyst Program and brand management coursework through Southern Methodist University Continuing and Professional Education.
Aside from his professional pursuits, Mr. Rhinehart has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to civic engagement. He is active in the Military Order of the Purple Heart. He has also served as a mentor with Children’s Success Unlimited LLC, acted as a peer mentor for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and volunteered with The Salvation Army.
Mr. Rhinehart’s achievements have been recognized with several honors, including the 2022 Award for Valor from the Newberry College Alumni Association. As a veteran, he was decorated with the Purple Heart in 2010. He attributes his accomplishments to his faith and resilience, which have guided him through each stage of his career. Looking ahead, Mr. Rhinehart plans to complete his doctorate and advance into higher leadership roles within or beyond his current organization while continuing to contribute to its growth and expansion.
