Under his stewardship, the company has achieved unprecedented project completions and sales figures, surpassing those achieved during the previous years of ownership, which spanned over 35 years. Prior to assuming the presidency, Mr. Green served as the operations manager at Chemical Consultants LLC from 2016 to 2023. In this capacity, he was responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing workflow and ensuring that the company maintained its reputation for quality and reliability in the chemical industry. Mr. Green’s tenure as a safety manager for the organization between 2010 and 2023 also demonstrated his dedication, specifically to workplace safety standards and regulatory adherence.
Mr. Green began his journey with Chemical Consultants LLC as a chemical technician from 2010 to 2015. In this foundational role, he gained hands-on experience in laboratory procedures and technical operations, thereby gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s core functions.
Before joining Chemical Consultants LLC, Mr. Green excelled as a generator technician at Generators of Gillette from 2008 to 2009, where he developed technical skills that would later inform his approach to operational management.
In addition to his primary professional responsibilities, Mr. Green has owned and operated Yellowstone Vending LLC in Gillette since 2021. He manages daily operations for this family-owned business, providing state-of-the-art vending machines for clients. From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Green notably contributed as a success coach and locating liaison for Naturals2Go.com, where he provided guidance and support to new business owners entering the vending industry.
Mr. Green’s academic background includes an Associate of Science in business commerce from Columbia Southern University. He also received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in international management, summa cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship from Columbia Southern University. Mr. Green’s professional credentials include a commercial driver’s license with a hazardous materials endorsement issued by the State of Wyoming, an oil and gas specialist certificate from Red Rocks Community College, and certification through the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
Mr. Green’s professional affiliations reflect his commitment to advancing the industry. He has been an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 2018 and served on its board of directors as program co-chair from 2019 to 2020.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Green is deeply involved in civic activities. He has directed prison ministry programs since 2009 and has served as an educator and master gardener since 2018, sharing expertise with community members interested in horticulture. His commitment to philanthropy is further reflected through regular tithing within his congregation. Previously, Mr. Green served as the president of a condominium owners’ association from 2010 to 2017 and as the chair of the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce from 2021 to 2024.
Mr. Green’s academic achievements were recognized through several honors, including receiving an academic scholarship, induction into the National Society of Leadership and Success at Columbia Southern University, and induction into the Delta Epsilon Tau Honor Society. He attributes these accomplishments and his subsequent success to grit, hard work and the support of those who believed in him throughout his career. Looking ahead, Mr. Green plans to take Chemical Consultants LLC public through an initial public offering, reflecting his ongoing commitment to innovation and expansion within the industry.
